Read Five~Then DecideRead More.......Really Explore Established in 1979, the Texas Bluebonnet Award Program strives to encourage children to read and explore books from a variety of genres. Two Texas Library Association committees select and publicize these 20 books. After reading five or more books from this list, students in grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 are encouraged to vote for their favorite.
This wiki was created to promote the reading and enjoyment of books from the 2010-2011 Texas Bluebonnet Book List. Students are encouraged to read a wide variety of books before choosing a favorite to vote for in January, 2011. Specific instructions in regard to use of this wiki will be provide by the classroom teacher.
